I noticed that in the Circle Opens books, the villains are very realistically written (proof that perfection -Tammy's writing- gets even better). Is there one in particular who you find especially chilling? Tell me why. I'm trying to get discussion going here.

I haven't read the Circle books in awhile, so the villains aren't that fresh in my mind, but the villains from Magic Steps are brought to mind right now.

And that sentence made no sense whatsoever....I should go to sleep. -_-

I understood it. But then I need sleep too.
I find what's-his-face from Cold Fire pretty chilling (I forget his name). There's just something very creepy about his motives.

To me, Ben was the most chilling because he was so CALCULATING about it. The others - they seemed to have a little more of a motive, though the woman in Magic Steps scares me a little - she was so cold and unfeeling.
