Yes. I think we've mentioned this trilogy before (consisting of Kushiel's Dart, Kushiel's Chosen, and Kushiel's Avatar.

I personally loved the trilogy, but what did everyone think of it?

Jacqueline Carey. It's about a girl who was trained as a prostitute (in a country where people aren't disgusted by them, and they can actually have a lot of influence) who is also trained in being a spy and eventually saves the country.
